Gymnastics For All
At the heart of Gymnastics for All (GFA) sessions lies the core values of Fun, Fitness, Friendship, and Fundamentals.
One to one
Our 1:1 lessons focus on your specific goals and we tailor the session to suit your needs, both children and adult.
WAG (Women’s Artistic)
Build strength, confidence, and skill in our WAG classes! From beginners to advanced, gymnasts train on beams, bars, floor and vault in a fun, supportive environment. Click to learn more!
Team Display

Between Mondays and Fridays, we offer evening sessions from ages 4 and above.

Supporting Schools
Breakfast Club
We offer breakfast clubs to kickstart students' day with movement and energy. Sessions begin at 8am* and run until the first school bell, helping students stay active and ready to learn! *start time may vary based on school schedule
National Curriculum PE lessons
Our gymnastics PE lessons provide a fun and engaging way for students to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while covering key aspects of the national curriculum. Through structured activities, circuits and group work, they learn fundamental movement skills in a fun, high-energy and supportive environment.
Afterschool Club
Our afterschool gymnastics club is the perfect way for students to unwind and stay active after a day of learning. With fun, engaging sessions running right after the final bell, kids can build skills, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment.
CPD for teachers
Our gymnastics CPD sessions equip teachers with the knowledge and confidence to deliver high-quality gymnastics lessons. Through practical training and expert guidance, they’ll learn effective techniques, lesson structures, and safety tips, enhancing their ability to engage students and meet national curriculum standards.
