Twist and Flip Barton officially opened its doors in 2024, following the transition from Sparks Gymnastics to become part of the growing Twist and Flip family. Now run by dedicated coaches Oliver and Ben, the venue brings a fresh, focused approach to recreational gymnastics in the Barton area, delivered with energy, care, and a strong sense of community.
Operating one evening a week on Fridays, Barton offers a streamlined and engaging program that prioritises fundamental skills, enjoyment, and personal development. Sessions are designed to be fun, structured, and inclusive, helping gymnasts build strength, coordination, and confidence through clear progressions and consistent support.
Coach Oliver and Coach Ben work closely with each group, creating a positive environment where gymnasts feel motivated to learn and proud of what they achieve. With a shared passion for coaching and ongoing development, they ensure every session is purposeful, enjoyable, and tailored to help each child progress at their own pace.
