Twist & Flip Barton officially opened its doors in 2024, following the transition from Sparks Gymnastics to become part of the growing Twist & Flip family. Led by Coach Oliver, the venue brings an enthusiastic, caring approach to recreational gymnastics in the Barton area, with a strong sense of community.
Sessions take place on Tuesdays at Baysgarth Leisure Centre, offering a fun, structured and inclusive programme that prioritises fundamental skills, enjoyment and personal development. Gymnasts build strength, coordination and confidence through clear progressions and consistent support.
Coach Oliver and the team create a positive environment where gymnasts feel motivated to learn and proud of their achievements. Each session helps children develop their skills and progress at their own pace.
