Nicky is the heart of the business — a lifelong lover of the sport who turned her childhood passion into a powerful mission. She started the business to share that same love and energy with her own children and the wider community. Now Head Coach and driving force behind all three venues, Nicky leads with passion, precision, and unstoppable enthusiasm. Her vision, dedication, and leadership continue to inspire every athlete and coach she works with.

Interesting fact: She can still do the splits!

Mark, Nicky’s husband, has supported the business from the very beginning. A trained Fire Officer, he brings valuable safety expertise and practical insight. As Director, Mark plays a key role in operations and helps guide the business behind the scenes.

Interesting fact: Mark is a massive Liverpool FC fan and his office is full of memorabilia

Coach Mina is a passionate and dynamic coach with years of experience in gymnastics. She leads our exciting team display program, which combines elements of TeamGym, cheer, and gymnastics. Mina is dedicated to creating fun, high-energy sessions that inspire, engage, and empower every participant, making sure everyone feels included, confident, and part of the team.

Coach Oliver brings a calm energy and steady dedication to every session. He’s committed to creating a positive, encouraging space where gymnasts feel supported and motivated to grow. Whether coaching preschoolers or leading evening classes, Oliver focuses on helping each gymnast build confidence and develop their skills at their own pace. His ongoing commitment to learning helps him support athletes at both our Grimsby and Barton venues.

Faith

Faith’s journey began as a passionate young gymnast, where her love for the sport first took shape. She progressed into a Young Leader role, developing a natural talent for guiding and supporting others. That path led her to become a dedicated gymnastics coach — and now, as the Lead at our Preston venue, Faith brings experience, energy, and heart to every session. Her goal is to create a fun, empowering space where every gymnast can grow and shine.

Interesting fact: Faith has a strength and conditioning degree and PT qualification.
