Display gymnastics focuses on floor-based routines featuring dynamic choreography, gymnastic tumbles, and team balances performed before an audience. These routines cultivate a strong sense of teamwork as gymnasts collaborate to execute intricate balances, ranging from simple two-person supports to complex formations involving the entire team.
Our Team, the Rising Stars who are coached by Coach Mina, based at our Grimsby venue, have numerous performance opportunities, including local carnivals, fundays, regional and national gym fusions, and international festivals. The display classes are inclusive, welcoming gymnasts of all ages and abilities to participate and thrive in a supportive environment.
