Book your birthday party with Twist & Flip!

The birthday child and their friends will enjoy full use of our gymnastics centre under the guidance of our qualified British Gymnastics coaches.

Costs

• £100 deposit is required to secure your booking

• Total cost of the party is £230 for up to 20 children

• The remaining £130 is due on the day of the party, before it begins

• Additional children are charged at £10 per child

When

Parties take place on Saturday afternoons, 2:30pm – 4:00pm.
(Please note: other sessions may take place in the facility on the same day.)

All our team members will clean and tidy after use, so you can simply enjoy the party and leave the rest to us.

How to Book

Please use the link below to submit your preferred party date. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability.

Once your date is confirmed, your booking is only secured when the £100 deposit has been received. If another party requests the same date and pays their deposit first, we may need to offer you an alternative date.

Twist & Flip Gymnastics – Party Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

• All party bookings must be made directly with Twist & Flip Gymnastics.

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.

• Your party date is not secured until the deposit has been paid.

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the party, before it begins.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If Twist & Flip Gymnastics must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled date, or

  • A full refund of all monies paid.

3. Party Guests

• The number of children attending must be confirmed 7 days prior to the party.

• You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests, regardless of actual attendance on the day.

• All children attending must have a guest waiver completed by their parent or guardian.

4. Clothing & Appearance

• Children must wear suitable clothing for gymnastics, e.g.:

  • Leotard, leggings, jogging bottoms, fitted t-shirt

• No denim, skirts, dresses or cropped tops are allowed in the gym.

• Hair must be tied back or tied up.

• No jewellery is permitted for safety reasons.

5. Party Duration

• Parties last for a total of 90 minutes in the gymnastics centre.

• This includes all time on the equipment and for games.

6. Supervision & Conduct

• All activities are led by Twist & Flip’s trained coaching staff.

• Children must follow all instructions given by coaches at all times.

• Children aged 5 and over take part in activities independently and remain under the supervision of Twist & Flip coaches whilst on the gym floor.

• Parents and spectators must follow the Parent & Spectator Rules set out below.

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics reserves the right to remove any child from activities if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

7. Children Under 5 – Parent Supervision on the Gym Floor

To ensure the safety of our youngest participants:

• All children under the age of 5 must have a parent or guardian with them on the gym floor at all times.

• The parent/guardian:

  • Goes around the gym with their child during the party

  • Is responsible for the child’s behaviour, toileting needs and general supervision

  • Must follow all instructions given by Twist & Flip coaches

• Only one adult per under-5 child is permitted on the gym floor to keep numbers safe and manageable.

• Parents/guardians of under-5s must not use the equipment themselves and must not interfere with coaching.

All other parents and spectators (for children aged 5 and over) must remain in the designated waiting/viewing area and follow the Parent & Spectator Rules.

8. Parent & Spectator Rules

To keep all children safe and the gym running smoothly, the following rules apply to all parents and spectators:

• Parents and spectators must remain in the designated waiting/viewing area and must not enter the gym floor unless invited or authorised by a member of staff.

• The only exception is one parent/guardian accompanying a child under 5, as set out in Section 7.

• Fire exits must remain completely clear at all times. They must not be used as viewing points or places to stand.

• Parents and spectators must not:

  • Stand behind or in front of any door marked Fire Exit / Keep Clear

  • Move or alter any gymnastics equipment or mats

  • Use or adjust heaters, radiators, lights, electrical switches, or any other facility controls

  • Enter staff-only areas

• Siblings who are not part of the party must stay with their parent/guardian in the viewing area and are not allowed on the gym floor or equipment.

• All parents, guardians and guests must behave respectfully and follow instructions from Twist & Flip staff.

Twist & Flip reserves the right to:

• Ask anyone who does not follow these rules to move or leave the premises, and/or

• Pause or terminate the party if safety rules are repeatedly ignored. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be given.

9. Food, Drink & Gym Area

• No food or drink is allowed past the red barriers and into the gymnastics area.

• All food and drink must stay within the designated party / seating area.

• This includes all items such as snacks, sweets, cakes, crisps, bottles, cans and hot drinks.

• No alcohol may be brought onto or consumed on the premises.

• Drinks provided by Twist & Flip are orange squash, blackcurrant squash and water.

If food or drink is taken past the red barriers and causes spillages, stains or damage to the floor, mats, equipment or furniture, the hirer will be responsible for the cost of cleaning, repair or replacement.

10. Cake Cutting

• Twist & Flip will provide a knife for cutting the birthday cake.

• You do not need to bring your own knife.

11. Medical & Dietary Information

• The party organiser is responsible for completing and providing all relevant medical and dietary information for every child attending, through the form provided.

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics accepts no liability for allergic reactions or medical incidents where full and accurate information has not been supplied in advance.

12. Liability & Safety

• Participation in gymnastics activities carries an inherent risk of injury. Our coaches take all reasonable precautions to ensure participants’ safety.

• By booking a party, you accept that minor bumps and knocks can occur as part of normal gymnastics activity.

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• All gymnastics equipment will be set up and supervised by Twist & Flip staff; guests must not move or alter equipment.

13. Property & Damage

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics accepts no responsibility for the property of the hirer or their guests.

• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises, equipment or furniture by any member of their party.

• The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises in a reasonable and tidy condition.

• Any damage – including damage caused by spillages of food or drink – may result in additional cleaning, repair or replacement charges being applied.

14. Photography & Social Media

• Personal photography and video recording are only permitted with the prior consent of the parents/guardians of all children who may appear in the images.

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes only where signed parental consent has been given.

• Any images used by Twist & Flip will be handled in line with our safeguarding and data policies.

15. Cancellation or Termination by Twist & Flip

• Twist & Flip Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for any reason, with as much notice as possible.

• In the event of cancellation by Twist & Flip (other than for breach of these terms by the hirer or their guests), a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. No further liability is accepted.

• We reserve the right to terminate the booking immediately if any of these terms and conditions are breached during the hire period, including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe behaviour by children or adults

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Blocking fire exits

  • Bringing alcohol onto the premises

• In such cases, Twist & Flip may eject any participants and no refund or compensation will be payable.
